Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any digital properties, platforms, services, or APIs operated by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("Aevum Zenth," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are accessing these services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

Aevum Zenth provides a comprehensive suite of services spanning 400+ subsidiaries across diverse industries, including but not limited to:

• Energy & Power: Renewable generation, fusion research, smart grid infrastructure.
• Technology: AI/ML systems, quantum computing, cloud services, cybersecurity.
• Aerospace & Defense: Satellite operations, spaceflight, defense contracting.
• Healthcare: Pharmaceutical R&D, genomics, medical devices.
• Finance: Investment banking, fintech, wealth management.
• Logistics & Infrastructure: Autonomous freight, maritime shipping, construction.

Access to specific services may be restricted based on jurisdiction, licensing requirements, or divisional availability. Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Aevum Zenth Conglomerate operates through a network of wholly-owned and partially-owned subsidiaries. While these Terms govern the overarching Conglomerate structure, individual subsidiaries may have additional terms, privacy policies, or service level agreements (SLAs) specific to their operations.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and subsidiary-specific agreements, the subsidiary-specific agreement shall prevail for matters strictly within that subsidiary's scope. However, these Terms remain the foundational legal framework for all Aevum Zenth interactions.

Access to certain services may require registration for an Aevum Zenth ID or divisional account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Notify Aevum Zenth immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Comply with all authentication protocols, including multi-factor authentication where required.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks to the ecosystem.

All content, technology, algorithms, designs, trademarks, patents, and proprietary data hosted on Aevum Zenth platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Proprietary AI models and neural network architectures.
• Engineering schematics and fusion reactor designs.
• Pharmaceutical compounds and genomic sequences.
• Brand assets and the Aevum Zenth logo system.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any Aevum Zenth IP is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable international intellectual property laws.

Your use of Aevum Zenth services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Aevum Zenth is committed to protecting user data across all divisions while enabling cross-divisional innovation through secure data anonymization and aggregation protocols.

We collect data necessary for service delivery, security, regulatory compliance, and product improvement. Data may be processed across our global infrastructure in jurisdictions including Neo Geneva, New York, London, Tokyo, and Singapore.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth and its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Aevum Zenth's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to Aevum Zenth in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $10,000 USD.

Aevum Zenth maintains rigorous compliance standards across all divisions. Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including export controls, sanctions lists, anti-corruption regulations, and industry-specific mandates.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to deny service to entities or individuals located in sanctioned jurisdictions or engaged in activities prohibited by international trade regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Special Economic Zone of Neo Geneva, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the International Commercial Court in Neo Geneva. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. However, this provision shall not preclude any party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notifications, or prominent display on our digital properties. Continued use of services following the effective date of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
